Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We reserve a Spa Therapist and a Treatment Room especially for you at your chosen time. If in the unfortunate event you need to cancel your appointment with less than the 12hours notice - you will be charged the entire amount and more than the 12hours notice - you will be charged the half amount. We understand that people need to cancel because of various legitimate reasons, but we are still a business that needs to pay the staff and rent. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
